“Booking a pickup time from a cruise ship was a problem. When the cruise line notlified us of our departure time, the provider would not make the necessary adjustments to our pickup time. We were left on the port and had to get with the taxis there.”

“Extremely disappointed with this tour. We signed up for a VIP small group tour with a maximum of 12. Our group was not small and had 19 people which is not the experience sold or paid for. We also stood outside the colosseum in the hot sun waiting for ticket issues to be resolved no doubt because we had 7 additional guests.
