“Extremely poor outcome. Plane arrived at 8:40AM and parked on tarmac for bus transfer to terminal and customs. Deplaning took 35 minutes and by the time we cleared customs and located baggage the driver dropped us. The original plane arrival was set for 9:15AM. I would never ever recommend this service. Beware!!!!”

“DO THIS TOUR! Carlo was a very informed driver who gave us a quick History lesson while he drove us from site to site You will then meet an archaeologist (Alexandra) at the Colosseum. She is TREMENDOUS!! Her knowledge of Ancient Rome and the Renaissance Rome is impressive. This tour is worth every penny”

“Excellent - would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.”

“Mika took us to the Appin way, Hardrians Wall as well as the Colosseum n St Giovanni's Cathedral. Very informative n friendly. It was a great day we enjoyed it immensely.”

“This was such a fun and enjoyable experience. I would do it again in a heartbeat and I definitely encourage anyone thinking about it to go. I did this alone, not as a group...it was not awkward ever. We had a blast!”

“We loved our experience with our guide Alexander. He is knowledgeable and knows how to get you as close as possible for the best photo shots”

“It was perfect! Luca even gave us his umbrella since it looks like it will rain.”

“The guide started strong but then lost interest. He did not have much knowledge of many of the places on the tour. The tour is described as “ guided” but there was no guiding at any of our stops except at the Aurelian wall and briefly on the Appian Way. We were just left to enter the baths of Caracalla and were not even taken to the top of the Janiculum Hill.”

“Viator switched the Mamertine Prison tour with a different tour that I didn’t pay for nor was I compensated correctly for their mistake. The switch wasn’t communicated until after the tour ended and only after I spoke up. Unprofessional!”

“Our guide was on time and very knowledgeable. He made a list of the places that we wanted to see before starting out. We even had time for a stop for gelato. We only had one day to see the sites and he ensured that we did. It was a wonderful experience.”

“Alberto, our guide was phenomenal! He customized our tour for us and used every bit of time we had with him to show us something special! He was funny and incredibly knowledgeable! We highly recommend this tour! It is worth every penny!”

“This tour was great from start to finish! Our driver picked us up right in front of our Airbnb each morning and took us through the city while giving us history and insight to all of the major attractions of Rome. When we met with our first guide Zenda to tour the colusseum and Roman forum she was friendly and accommodating. She gave us a great tour through the colusseum and Roman forum and was very considerate of the needs of my elderly parents. The next day Puala gave us a terrific tour through the Vatican museum and St Peters Basilica. Her knowledge of all the aspects of the museum…”

“As always, Rome cabs gave us a wonderful experience. Cesare picked us up at the train station and gave us a tour of his city. We had requested specific places we would like to see and he obliged. We have used Rome Cabs before and recommend them to anyone going to Italy.”

“Our driver was knowledgeable and informative. He individualized our tour based on our interests. Because we had an unexpected rain storm, the tour was shorter than it might have normally been, although we appreciated being able to see some of the sites during a rainstorm.”

“Utilized this service from the airport to our hotel after an overnight flight from the states. Our driver was easily identifiable. Helped 5 of us with all of our luggage. Made our 1st Roman encounter just perfect! We arrived to our destination safe & sound to begin our family vacation!”
